Over Cooking the Corner
Danger is around every corner of every stage of the Giro (and the straight aways, too). Towards the end of the flat stages the teams form lead out trains riding at top speed, unfortunately for this Omega-Pharma Quick Step rider, he went into the turn too fast. Luckily for him and the peleton, everyone else got safely around him and the corner. This is an original watercolor and ink postcard painted from the first stage of the Giro in Napoli, Italy.
