Off on His Own TdF25-58

Unhappy with the pace of the early breakaway, Ben O'Connor (Jayco-Alula) went off the front on his own. With 93 kilometers yet to race, he was using the Cote de Charade to stretch his legs, and the grip of the peloton. I am sure it is too far for the Australian on an Australian team to go solo to the finish. I suppose, he was hoping a couple of those behind would join him in this effort.
