Fabulously Golden
This is a larger format acrylic wash painting created from the the live feed of the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics. This is the moment when the retiring Fabian Cancellara rode across the line stopping the clock in the Men's Time Trial with the new best time. He would hold that position, taking the Gold Medal in his final Olympic race of his career. The man nicknamed both Spartacus and Fabulous Fabian is certainly ending his career on a very high note.
