While the French duo of Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron may have skated with grace beyond measure it still fell to the judges to measure their beautiful performance just the same. This pair if ice dancers had been given the highest score ever given in their Rhythm Dance portion of the competition. Not to be outdone by even themselves, their free dance was also the highest score ever given. Naturally, the pair if scores added up to a Gold medal for themselves and France.
