Stretching at the Back
There are so many things that the pro peleton can do on a bike, so many things that I have never been able to manage, including this rather unique move. Stage 4 was the longest stage of the Giro with the riders pedaling over 240 kilometers with two steep climbs to end the day. This is the way to stretch out the quad muscles while still riding down the road. Speaking of things I can't do on a bike, my longest ride was about 180 kilometers, and it was at a much slower pace with stops along the way.
